Dr. Fares Ali began his career as a medical student delivering peer training. Over the years he built a respected training business, becoming a nationally recognized soft-skills consultant in Saudi Arabia. Unexpected disruptions forced him to relocate and rebuild from scratch — experiences that inspired him to master and teach the art of reinvention. Today he is Saudi Arabia's first Certified Reinvention Practitioner, drawing on both medical insight and business acumen to help organizations 'live longer' by building human reinvention capability.
